We should abandon the original wizard UI that hooked up to couchDB and pursue improvements to the Simple Map Kit creator utility so that interested parties can choose to grab a copy and have the basic configuration generated for them.

Currently the config is limited to the following:

? Enter your project name:
? Enter author name:
? Leaflet or ESRI 3D:
? Starting Longitude:
? Starting Latitude:
? Starting zoom:
? Select a project template:
? Select your basemap options:
? Select the default basemap:
? Select your default tools:
loading template:
Setting up map config...
? Select the default basemap for the minimap to use:

Should also include the ability to specify:

Would also be nice to be able to point it to a geoJSON file and have the file generate layer configuration for the layer instead of having to hand code it. The pointers to the actual data file are easily changed later if needed.

Technically this is already supported via the SMK CLI's "template" utility, which lets us define pre-made templates for the generator. We could extend this so a user could just include a path, or the browser UI could include an Import function to selectively suck in chunks of config from another configuration json.

Adding other options to the wizard is pretty simple, so that can definitely be done without too much touble
