The issuer services have been migrated to the correct ledgers (now they are available) and wired to the BC Endorser services for those environments and tested.
Environment documentation has been updated with the new DIDs and ledger links.
Left to do - update the code references; proof configurations and credential branding in the wallet.

Tickets have been created for updating code references. All but the BC Wallet ticket have been completed.

Work here is complete. There are separate PRs and issues in review for the various steps. All work has been tested.
