Keybox keys are not appended, but overwrite any existing keys about bastillion HOT 3 CLOSED

Modified so when a system is added the keybox pub key is appended. If the system has keys set for it ( under Manage -> Public SSH Keys) or if you distribute keys to the system the file will be overwritten. I think this is the best way to handle it.

Hey @monkeytamer
With the v2.60.00 release keys are now overwritten by default. See https://github.com/skavanagh/KeyBox#managing-ssh-keys on how to disable key managment. If disabled it will always append the key it needs.
