Update requests library dependency to >=2.0 about starbase HOT 4 CLOSED

Why >= 2.0?

I've tested it with 1.2.3.

If 2.0 is backwards compatible, I better change the requirement to >=1.2.3.

I've currently installed latest requests lib (2.2.1) and starbase is working fine for me.

I agree it should be >= the lowest version it was tested on, I was just surprised that it has uninstalled my requests 2.x because of this strict requirement.

Yep, clear then. I'll need to test it against lowest and highest versions, assuming that it would work for all versions "in between". My laptop died recently. Setting up the whole Hadoop cluster and Python environments is the work that should be done before I could actually make a fix. But within 1 week time it's achievable. I'll leave a note here as soon as it's done. Thanks for reporting!
