Assigning this to our tester. Nice way to get your feet wet. Rename the files 
(located in content\addons\hires4x\ui). Just rename/swap flagshipstatus-016.png 
and flagshipstatus-010.png).

Then commit the two files.

Ehhh... it seems these are the wrong .pngs.
If you look at content/base, it seems 10 is dynamo, 11 is shiva.
Point defense should indeed be 16. 

What the heck is the "alternate" point defense gfx there is?

The "alternate" point defense graphics is shown in the capture below. See how 
we have 2 mini-graphics for the point defense, a large red-on-red one (which 
causes erease bugs as it is actually TOO big for the ship) and a smaller 
red-on-cyan one?
There is no actual mini graphic for the shiva furnace.
Now that I know where these graphics are, I am going to try arranging them, but 
I suspect Damon will have to arrange some of that stuff.

OK so in revision 799 I have swapped the proper graphics.
The regular furnace is now OK.
At this point I have to pass back the issue to Damon for graphical issue.

A) The shiva furnace has no proper mini-flagship item
B) The Point-defense module is too large and causes deletion issues when removed
C) The corresponding mini-flagship point-defense system is not properly 
centered and is too much to the right
D) The current icon used for the shiva furnace right now (which looks like a 
smaller red and cyan version of the point-defense laser) is also not centered 
correctly and is too much on the left side.

I am adding some capture to make it clear.

Graphics changes have fixed this. ANI file will have to be changed. That's 
already in another ticket.

Have the modules in the minimap flagship on the right been corrected and 
re-centered?
So far on revision 883 it's not (See capture) but it may be because I need a 
recompile. Reopening to have it double checked.

Tried to change it but no matter what I change the flagship remains the same.
Are you sure it's this file??? Or am I expected to reload the game to see its 
changes?

I fixed this in r1092 because this has been bugging the hell out of me :)
The minimap modules are now correct and their centering is as good as I could 
get it.

I'll make a separate issue of this same stuff for 640x480.
