Oh, ok. I just tested it with the version 1.8.4 portable. The encoding seems fine but some texts are missing, e.g. in the export dialogs.

Which version are you using? And which java version do you have installed? (You can find that out with java -version).

maybe there is a problem in the utf-8 encoding? in windows by default windows-1251. What OS did you check?

I checked on the same windows version but my Java version is openjdk version "11.0.7" 2020-04-14.
