I'm a postdoc researcher in oncology and computational biology.

• My main research project in cancer plasticity. By definition, cell plasticity is the ability of cells to change their phenotypes without genetic mutations in response to environmental cues [Ref]. In cancers, plasticity has been proposed as being an important mechanism that, along with genetic and epigenetic alterations, promotes cancer cell diversity and contributes to intra-tumor heterogeneity [ref]. This plasticity can also be involved in drug resistance.

• 🌱 To study cancer plasticity, I choose to develop computational biology approaches. I’m currently learning Machine Learning and system biology.

• 👯 I’m looking for collaborations on single-cell and spatial multi-omics projects in oncology and aging. Feel free to contact me (see below).
