Should instead softcode /outbound/ and export it to linking.js

Would be nice to make those easy to extend, yeah.
Even better would be if pasted URLs were converted to >>> form the same way YouTube links are.

Converting URL to >>> is one thing, but I was thinking of tying it together with linkifying typed >>> links, and having both read from an extendable config file. Haven't gotten to seeing how best to accomplish that yet.
