经沟通测试，应该和FF升级无关（无法在我们的环境复现），但不能使用的情况下，调用方后端会返回206的状态码，而现在flash内核没有支持流式资源切片和播放，导致处理失败。

对流式音频资源的支持稍微延后，暂时关闭这个issue。
