使用PredictXGBoostModel插件需要预先训练xgboost模型，可以用anyq编译出来的feature_dump_tool将训练数据转换成libsvm格式，然后使用tools/ltr/xgboost/tran.sh脚本训练模型。得到模型后在rank.conf中添加配置：

另外这个模型具体是训练什么呢? 是问答的分类?
