Hi vibav,
Sorry for the lack,
In this case, you want to manual clear cache of specific route (cached by middleware), right?
I will implement it tonight, i think it will be cache.removeMiddleware(req).
For now, you can use cache.clear() to clear all cache (just a workarought before tonight).

Hi @vibav ,
New version was publish to npm,
So if you still using this package, please update to version 1.1.1.
I added cache.removeByPattern method and add prefix argument to cache.middleware method, please check this example to fix your issue example.
