@badsyntax yes, but 'SassBeautify' doesn't show up as an option in my available package list...?
from sassbeautify.
This usually means it's already installed.
Have you tried running the SassBeautify command?
Alternatively, I have found this to be a random bug in ST3: even though the SassBeautify plugin is installed, the command is not available. So, I would first uninstall the plugin, then restart Sublime Text, then re-install the plugin. Let me know if none of this works.

sb doesn't show up in the list of installed packages and sb isn't available from cmd-shift-p...?

Have you tried to uninstalling, restarting ST3, and then re-installing, as I suggested?

If you open the console in Sublime Text (View >> Show console) before installing the plugin, it will show you errors, if any.

Feel free to re-open if this is still an issue for you.
