The only issue I've seen with this in the past is that customers have to have machines that have Docker installed or create a VM that has Docker to mount the container image. Might not be an issue in Azure Secret anymore if Cloud Shell is available and has Docker.

Yep, I believe we had to deploy a VM and install Docker when we installed MLZ last Fall.

So, I was thinking that this could be how we decouple enclave development with the core NoOps lego bucket.

We could create a container that starts with a minimal ubuntu and install the requisite tools along with the code, call that azure-noops:latest.

Then, other repositories that develop enclaves could build a container image that starts with the azure-noops:latest image.

Something to think about over the weekend.
