I didn't realize it was that simple. I had even already done that step!
I just ran the app and I can see in log analytics where it pulled in my other subscriptions. Thanks!

Hi @SteveColegrove,
thanks for asking. Basically, the LogicApp uses a system assigned Managed Identity to pull data from the API. The Managed Identity needs to have the Reader role assigned for every subscription that it is supposed to pull data from.
In the Readme document, you find 3 ways of assigning the particular role to the Managed Identity:
- You can assign reader permissions at the management group level for the managed identity. (preferred)
- You can assign reader permissions for the Managed Identity for each one of the subscriptions you want to get data on.
- You can use the provided PowerShell script Grant-SubscriptionPermissions.ps1.
