I can't see any diff between the schemas. Indeed change in the order of properties has no effect and can be parsed identically. Let me know if I missed something.

@tarosler, thank you for the clarification. What threw me was the order of the properties object. At first I thought the reportedTimeUtc property was missing. Upon closer inspection, it was not missing but rather in a different position. As you stated, this does not affect parsing.
