I have try to remove the file
/tf/caf/configuration/sandpit/level0/launchpad/iam_custom_roles.tfvars
/tf/caf/configuration/sandpit/level0/launchpad/iam_role_mapping.tfvars
to remove custom role as it's available only on aad premium but I still experience

Before, when you remove iam_custom_roles.tfvars, it was working on a standard tenant. Now that iam_role_mapping.tfvars have been added, this workaround is not working anymore.
Is it possible to have a bit of guidance for user with standard AAD ?
