1. in startup : var opt = new SearchClientOptions
   {
   Diagnostics =
   {
   IsLoggingContentEnabled = true
   }
   };
   return new SearchIndexClient(new Uri(azureSearchServiceEndpoint), new AzureKeyCredential(azureSearchAdminKey), opt);

2. in startup : services.TryAddSingleton();

3. have AzureEventSourceLogForwarder injected somewhere and call .Start(); on it
