I am facing the same problem and have been following the same docs and noticed the mismatched API-VERSION query, could also not override it.

We are facing the same problem and it hindering our ability to even work with event grid. Any progress on this would be extremely appreciated. Thank you!

The Event Grid namespaces feature requires using the Azure.Messaging.EventGrid.Namespaces package, so that is why the API version for namespaces is not in Azure.Messaging.EventGrid.
We will look into the potential of adding a similar extension package to integrate with the CloudNative CloudEvent.
