Hi @arsamigullin. Thank you for reaching out and we regret that you're experiencing difficulties. As the stack trace indicates, this error indicates that the client was unable to complete a network operation within the configured operation timeout. When seen occasionally and intermittently, this generally indicates a network failure between your application host environment and the Azure service.

This is not an issue with the Azure SDK client and requires network troubleshooting of your environment. Unfortunately, is not something that we're able to assist with.
