docu: minimum settings

I have hard times to figure out the minimum settings that must go into ~/.kuvert
In man I find many (all?) options with default parameters, so no need to put them in config file?
Are there any must-have-entries? I understand that this file must exist, but is kuvert supposed to work with an empty config?
In any case, I'd suggest to install/deliver an minimum config file with some safe/universal options in it to make kuvert work out of the box.

2017-01-25 19:46:28 ERROR 404: Not Found.

no encryption without signing

Would be nice to have the option to encrypt only, without signing.
Reason: the server where I want to put kuvert on is to be considered "unsafe" (it really is not at all, but it's always good to consider it). So, I don't want to put any secret keys on it, since it is not neccesary for my use case: encrypting.
In case I missed an option to do that, I'm happy to get a reply here.
