The instrumentation code should be falling back to file copying when symlinking isn't possible. What's the error you're getting?

Ah, sorry. But hang. I waited two or three minutes for testing of go-sqlite3 but seens not working

I've just tested it, and it it does work. It's just super slow. However, I found building go-sqlite3 on my Windows machine really slow to start with.
Please try again, and leave it for a while.
