Thanks for reporting the issue. Clearing GOPATH won't work, as you've found, due to the need to locate non-instrumented dependencies. We'll need to get to the bottom of why it's locating the GOPATH package first; I can't think why now, will have to ponder.

@orenbenkiki Not sure if you're still using gocov, or care about this, but I think it may be resolved as of 1f9133a. If you could confirm, that'd be great.

I moved on to other projects (it has been almost three years...), so I don't have access to the original environment. If anyone else still has the problem, presumably they'll ask to re-open the issue.
