Changer default_locale de en à fr change certains messages, comme Invalid credentials
Cela ne règle pas l'affichage des dates, qui restent en anglais.

Associé à l'étape précédente, l'ajout des bundle twig/intl-extra et twig/extra-bundle permet d'utiliser le filtre |format_date (voir documentation) sur une date dans un template twig.
Par exemple :
