Thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing this API operation, the documentation has been updated to include the following addition: "Values between 0 and 100 are accepted, and values lower than 80 are set to 80." If you input a value lower than 80 the operation will still work, so lower values are accepted, but the feature will treat them as though you had input the value of 80.
