Hi @Aaron-Garrett I am unable to reproduce this issue locally (which I assume isn't a surprise to you cause you had already said it wasnt an issue locally).
Also, after further investigation the line where it's panicking indicates that the github action you are using is not using the latest version of cfn-guard.
Are you able to show me how you're running this in a GitHub action?
P.S. please note i edited your original post to properly format the rule / template for readability purposes.
