Hey @aravindkaws, could you explain what you mean by 'HTML content' or give an example of this.
It is possible that this may relate to the following RFC, which highlights the use of Web Components which can be used in vanilla javascript and html:

With 'HTML content' I mean, the ability to display HTML content like Tables and HyperLinks in the ChatBot component. Currently I don't see an option but to implement this in the ChatBot.jsx file. Would be nice to set a Prop on ChatBot to enable run time HTML elements to be rendered within Chat window.

Ok, understood. I'll mark this as a feature request and evaluate this during out UI component refactor. We also gladly accept PRs if you'd like to give this a go on the ChatBot.jsx component.
