I think when you are clicked on 'Dismiss this notice' it won't show again.

Yes you can uninstall the One Click Demo Import plugin after you have used it to import the theme's demo data.
Your theme is displaying that "required plugin" notice, but as ThemeOri said, you should click on the "dismiss this notice" and it should not reappear. If it does, please contact your theme support and they will be able to help you out.
