The project is now online. It's called Rubecula. Currently there is only a VS Code version online. I hope to add more platforms in the future. I have not added amCoder's icons, I might give it a shot in the future. Let me know what you think.

I switched to VSCode about 2 years ago and am happy with One Monokai theme in it.
