@afzal442 I am unable to get this error now, but there has been a issue with setting up reply channels which I have fixed. Can you check once if you are still getting this error, also pull from the latest branch once.

@afzal442, the problem is that the server is not running, or the channel address does not exist. I have opened an issue to resolve the errors in the example and implement more informative error messages to help users figure out what the issue is: #668.
