See if you set the 'max_decoding_length_train' and 'max_decoding_length_infer' in config.py correctly

Thanks! Resolved. I've changed this value previously but obviously not in the right way.
It is not clear to me what max_decoding_length_* corresponds to. Is it related to how long the sentences we want to generate can be? This makes sense as the crashes were sporadic. I traced it down to here in the TF source code. Could you shed some light on what this means? It could be something to add to the README.

max_decoding_length_train is the maximum allowed number of decoding steps in the TRAIN mode, and max_decoding_length_infer is for EVAL/PREDICT mode. Here is the doc for the hyperparams.
