Need to add to IHostingEnvironment:
IFileSystem WebRootFileSystem { get; }Each host, such as Helios and WebListener, need to populate this with the file root specified in the project.json file's webroot setting. In the case of Helios this needs to go through IIS's MapPath APIs to respect vdirs etc.
