Oh? Do you expect them to use Hosting's Program.Main exclusively? That's the rough equivalent of OwinHost.exe which has so far seen very little adoption.

This stack is completely different. There's no exe's in this world so you can't compare OwinHost.exe adoption to this.

There's no exe's, but anyone can still write Program.Main. Consider even the simple scenario of starting two pipelines in the same process.
On a related note, is there an easy way to run K apps as a service?
