yeah. that's enough for integer, but not enough for decimal and float.
with min, max constraints, you can make non_negative_decimal, but can't make positive_decimal.

You can also define a custom type, not using Ash.Type.NewType, and do the casting logic in your own type functions. You'd can copy the float and decimal type implementations from ash core. I'm open to having greater_than/less_than constraints on float/decimal (but we don't need them for integer), PRs welcome.
