R759 - Fresh Install Defaults to Enable Deinterlace Filter about gnome-mplayer HOT 2 CLOSED

Nope, this is from the .schema file..

As you can see disable_deinterlace should be defaulted to true.

I guess this could be no happening on your machine, if the schema didn't get 
applied.
Or gconf didn't pick this up.

However, I went ahead and set disable_deinterlace to true in the code prior to 
this
value being retrieved from gconf in SVN.
