I reopened the issue as feature request as it makes sense to me to have a mean
to manually overwrite the default drying phase limit if one can clearly
indicate this event during the roast. With this feature the statistics (based
also on this event) are more accurate.
A workaround using the current implementation would be to add an "extra" event
via the EVENT button on discovering EndOfDry and manually adjust the phases
settings for this profile accordingly after the roast.
More cumbersome but should work now.

"Charge" and "1C Start" called "Drying End" or something similar
