S3 PutObject should take a strict bytestring and provide a content length to http conduit about aws HOT 3 CLOSED

Why not have put object take a sized stream, in cases where the caller can determine the size of the stream (say, by stat'ing a file to get its size), without having to load the whole file into memory?
