The code suggested in the arduino.cc discussion thread would not work for Tinysparks, which run at 16.5Mhz and thus the integral value returned by clockCyclesPerMicrosecond() is not accurate.

This is mostly a duplicate of #118 (though this also suggests generalizing to any frequency, but I'm planning to include that in a fix for #118 as well).
