Totally agree. It could use the same function that the Accounting module will use to get all the organization's balances, therefore getting all the kind of tokens it owns.

Okey. But we need to add something else since you may want to raise a token
you don't have any.

Oh, totally true. @harshjv what do you use to obtain a list of available tokens for Donut? I also think MEW has some list

MEW has a list for the Mainnet, yes.
We should anyway always allow to input the address of a token as we do to wrap a token. Also https://0xproject.com/otc has Kovan tokens we could use for testing purposes.

@luisivan I used simple coincap's API, but it returns all the cryptos, not only Ethereum tokens.
Instead, we can use MEW's list here https://github.com/kvhnuke/etherwallet/blob/mercury/app/scripts/tokens/ethTokens.json
