It could be a good idea to ditch bootstrap and do something a little more modern with CSS Grid and/or Flexbox.

I started looking into this and adjusting the layout involves touching the HTML classes of several components. For example, the markup assumes the home screen's left hand nav (which lists Home/Tokens) will always be on the left side, instead of perhaps at the top, or off-canvas if someone were using a phone to use the app.

Before proceeding I wanted to ask if it's ok to radically change how this is laid out, instead of just tweaking some grid settings and fixing the one issue IDed involving lower-res desktops.

It would be nice if the MetaMask dialog is fixed as well, as you cannot "Import Existing DEN" on the electron apps.
