Looks like the PPD is bad - I just found your online PPD validator.
xerox_dp4025.ppd: FAIL
FAIL Unable to open PPD file - Bad OrderDependency on line 1094.
REF: Pages 48-49, section 5.2.
I guess I have to take it up with Xerox. Nonetheless, printers.cgi should report an error and continue or exit cleanly with a bad PPD, not segfault.

Can you test this against 1.1.19rc1? 1.1.14 is obsolete and contains numerous security bugs - you should be running at least 1.1.18.

Posted fixed ppd. There were some stray ^M characters in there. Removing them seems to have dealt with the problem.
Solved my own problem. Sorry for the spam, but maybe the PPD will be useful to someone else.
