0.13.1 is the minimum version we require but since the dependency declaration specifies upToNextMajor you should be able to update to the latest dependency in your project and it'll fetch 0.15.0. You can see in the dev environment this is exactly what we're doing too.
Is there any reason this wouldn't work for you?
