刚刚验证下载 https://github.com/apernet/hysteria/releases/download/app%2Fv2.5.0/hysteria-windows-386.exe ，没有你说的报病毒问题
chrome浏览器版本 126.0.6478.127（正式版本） （64 位），chrome是在dl.google.com下载的
另外也使用firefox下载也没有报病毒，版本127.0.2 （64 位），在 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release 下载的
操作系统windows 10 22h2 到今天最新的病毒库，也没有报病毒

首先 Chrome 这个报错是你电脑上安装的杀毒软件检测的而不是 Chrome 自己检测的。
用 VirusTotal 测试了下 2.5.0 的 hysteria-windows-386.exe 在绝大多数杀毒引擎都不会报毒， 包括 Microsoft。

但是实测这个文件会被 Windows Defender 报 Trojan:Win32/Phonzy.B!ml。 我用的 Windows 11 23H2。

另外 hysteria-windows-amd64-avx.exe 和 hysteria-windows-amd64.exe 都没被 Windows Defender 报毒。
要不你用这两个吧， 这都 2024 年了没理由还用 386 版本的。
