A diagnosis of RHD is confirmed by the presence of multiple structural and functional abnormalities in the heart. These programs are a first attempt at creating a semi-automated screening program for detecting left ventricular (LV) and mitral valve abnormalities. The three zip files include a semi-automated LV width calculator, snake border detection algorithm (with license) and mitral valve leaflet detection function. The project description/report is in pdf form with the files.
