Number of contributors about incubator-devlake HOT 2 CLOSED

  Group By committer_email
) as email

This looks through all gitlab_commits on the project and just groups by email to get the number of contributors.

Some things this does not do:

• associate two emails of one user to another
• show a time series representation of the growth of contributors over time in the graph

@UltimateBeaver please review this and see if you feel that it is ready to close. This is the API url from gitlab to get all the project commits.
