Standardize how we lint code locally about incubator-devlake HOT 2 CLOSED

I think we should all use prettier. It is what is required by react open source. This way we will not see formatting changes in pull requests and only see the real code. We will also need this for new open source developers.

Config

There are two config files needed:

Command

React supports two command: npm run prettier and npm run prittier-all. The first one only checks on your changes.

How it works

This file runs prittier with npm. https://github.com/facebook/react/blob/main/scripts/prettier/index.js
