@sramazzina, I'm using MS SQL Server database. I'm using the MS SQLSERVER (not the native) driver.

Unless it's an older MS SQL that still requires the jtds drivers I would highly recommend using the newer version.
Other than that this should indeed not be happening so we will take a look.
