Just FYI, I was trying to play with the library a bit today. Listing devices worked instantly. I couldn't test deploying, because I couldn't build a .app today.

I opened a PR which replaces ios-deploy with node-ios-device. the drawback is that the app won't be started anymore. instead of using node-ios-device, we could use ioslib which would allow us to start the app, but won't start lldb. ioslib is under APL too.

@reck1610 From what I can see ioslib uses node-ios-device for device functionality under the hood, and it can only install and launch apps on the simulator, so I don't think it can launch an app on the device
