Improve `cordova info` about cordova-cli HOT 8 CLOSED

apache/cordova-lib#616 has been merged an improves the output a lot.

The info command is actually handled in cordova-lib, so this issue should probably be moved there.

Incidentally there's a PR of mine trying to improve cordova info. It has been waiting for reviews for over two months: apache/cordova-lib#616

Anything that further improves and changes the output should probably build on that. I suggest merging my PR and then tackle splitting and extending in a new PR.

As this is an actual feature request for the CLI, I think the issues is in the right place here. But that's a question how one defines "right place" I guess. I am at least pretty sure, this is where other people would look for it, right?

Yes, it's difficult. CLI is what most of our users interface with, but lib is where all the work is done.

OT: I would let users (including me) create issues here. Then either fix directly in the correct repo (as your PR does) and reference the issue here or create an issue that just links here in the correct repo for later resolution. Training users to directly create in the correct repo will be hopeless.

I'd rather move the issues to the place where the work has to be done. I want to be able to simply get a list of issues for a repo and not have to scan through the issue list in cordova-cli every time 😒

OT: You work on CLI, so organize it whatever way you want. I am fine either way, as this only affects the CLI/lib/common stuff and not platforms and plugins (where most user created issues are coming in).
