目前可以和grpc-go互通，可以考虑使用。如果和grpc-go没有明显差异的话，开发了意义也不是很大。

是可以和grpc-go互通, 但走的grpc协议, 性能很差, 和原生grpc server的性能没区别了;
必需走baidu-std协议性能才能上来
