Registration not working about anwesha HOT 5 CLOSED

This is a problem at controller level - will fix it.

Beside the rewording, I could not recreate the problem. Registration is working fine on my setup. Please check again.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open console.
2.Go to registration.html
3.Fill out the form fields and click submit.
4.In the response, see that the error message is "Problem in getting a new id".
If any additional setup needs to be done on db, then please mention. Otherwise, the frontend is working ok, and I'll push it and you'll have to debug it on the server.

@codez266 I still could not recreate the problem. Registration works flawlessly on my system. I think there is no available peopleId in the pIds table. Fill in some random 4 digit pid in the pids table & recheck. This should solve the problem.

Please let me know if it solved the problem.

Also, from now on, please give the url for the problem page, not the .html page.

Some other points,

• On, a side note, that page looks very bland so, could you make the page a little more interesting.
• Also, the words 'dob' do not disappear when focusing that text-box.
• Also, please note that the expected date format is yyyy-mm-dd. I was thinking about the date fields on irctc website. Could we do something like that ?

1. The form is meant to be plain/simple.
2. DOB fixed.
3. irctc format is implemented in chrome by default, for firefox will need to see if usage of an extra plugin outweighs the benefits.
